Please note that tenants will be required to pay rent (usually the first month) and a deposit (usually equivalent to six weeks rent) before the start of a tenancy.
All above fees are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
10% plus VAT of the annual rent due, payable in full in advance.
8% plus VAT of the annual rent due, payable in full in advance.
16% plus VAT of the monthly rent taken each month from the rent payment for the duration of the tenancy.
